It's the most predictable response that everyone knew was coming, but yet we were all still waiting to see it. How would the home crowd at Oklahoma City's Chesapeake Energy Arena respond to the arrival of the Los Angeles Lakers and specifically Metta World Peace? You have your answer below in the form of a chorus of boos.
Scotty Brooks, the head coach of the Thunder, has specifically stated that his players will not retaliate, so apparently the crowd has to carry the burden for the team to make him feel bad in some way. Maybe it's a harsher punishment to make him really feel it on the inside. Like when your parents refuse to punish you but simply say, "We are just really, really disappointed in you."
