Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook engineered another late-game comeback as Oklahoma City escaped Los Angeles with a 103-100 win in Game 4 and a 3-1 lead in the series.
Durant's three with 13 seconds remaining broke a 98-98 tie. James Harden knocked down two clutch free throws five seconds later and Los Angeles and the Thunder head back to Oklahoma City for Game 5 and a chance to close out the series.
The Thunder trailed 56-46 at halftime and 80-71 at the start of the fourth quarter. The Thunder closed the game on a 22-8 run and outscored the Lakers 32-20 in the fourth quarter.
Russell Westbrook led the Thunder with 37 points including 10 in the fourth quarter. Durant added 31 points and a team-high 13 rebounds. Serge Ibaka finished with 14 points and five blocks while James Harden chipped in 12 off the bench.
Kobe Bryant led the Lakers with 38 points while Andrew Bynum finished with 18 points and nine rebounds. Metta World Peace chipped in 14 points while Pau Gasol and Ramon Sessions finished with 10 points each.
