The Oklahoma City Thunder ended the first half on a 7-2 run to lead the San Antonio Spurs 47-46 in the first game of the Western Conference Finals.
A surprise player to step up for the Thunder has been Derek Fisher who has came off the bench and is a perfect 4-for-4 and has scored nine points, including hitting a three-pointer with 11 seconds left in the half to put them up by three. Kevin Durant is leading all scorers with 13 points while Russell Westboork has nine points at the half. James Harden has struggled so far and is 1-for-9 with only three points.
For the Spurs Manu Ginobili has given them a boost off the bench and leads the team with 10 points of 4-of-7 shooting, and he is the only Spurs player to be in double figures.
Neither team has played particularly well in the first half and one of the reasons that the Thunder are leading is that the Spurs have turned the ball over 13 turnovers that have led to 15 Thunder points.
