Thunder Vs. Heat Final Score: Oklahoma City Falls To Miami, 91-85

The Oklahoma City Thunder find themselves down in the series 2-1 after losing Game 3 of the NBA Finals 91-85 to the Miami Heat. The Thunders poor free throw shooting is one of the key points that caused them the game Sunday night. for the night the Thunder only made 15-of-24 while the Heat were much better by converting 31-of-35.

Possibly what caused the game to slip away from the Thunder is that with 32 seconds left and trailing by three points the Thunder decided to wait to foul LeBron James until there was 10 seconds on the shot clock. James made one of two free throws to put the Heat up four, but the biggest error came when Thabo Sefalosha thew away the inbound pass.

The Heat offense was all James as he scored 29 points on 11-of-23 shooting plus 14 rebounds, and while Dwyane Wade scored 25 points he was only 8-of-22 plus turned the ball over five times.

Kevin Durant did all that he could to keep the Thunder in the game but his 25 points were not enough. Russell Westbrook chipped in with 19, but James Harden did not add that third scorer the Thunder desperately needed. Harden scored only nine points on 2-of-10 shooting. The Thunder also had trouble shooting the ball from beyond three-point range by making only 4-of-18.
