Thunder Vs. Spurs, Game 5: OKC Leads 52-44 At Halftime Of Pivotal Game 5

Having proven the Spurs to be mortal and then evening the series, the Thunder are looking to take control, leading 52-44 at halftime of Game 5 in San Antonio.

Russell Westbrook leads OKC with 10 points on 4-for-10 shooting, along with seven assists and three steals. Kevin Durant has five points on just 1-for-6 shooting. The role players have been big for the Thunder. Serge Ibaka has seven points in nine minutes, while battling early foul trouble. Daequan Cook scored eight points in just two minutes, making all three shot attempts. James Harden has seven points. Manu Ginobili leads the Spurs with 14 points.

Back on home court, the Spurs got off to a quick start, taking an 8-2 lead and pushing it to 15-8 later in the quarter. But the Thunder weathered the early storm and answered with an 18-6 run to finish the quarter with a 26-21 lead. With OKC leading 40-36 with seven minutes left in the second, the Thunder went on a 10-0 run to break the game open before the Spurs finished on an 8-2 run.
