One game after making history with 156 points against Nigeria, Team USA is now facing a potential loss against Lithuania in men's basketball at the 2012 London Olympics. While they could still bring home the gold even after a loss, it's clear that the U.S. isn't as dominant as previously believed after steamrolling both Tunisia and Nigeria as expected. Instead, they're currently down to Lithuania in the fourth quarter.
There are still several minutes to go, but it's clear the U.S. has their hands full and Mike Krzyzewski is going with his best players when it counts.

If the Lithuanians can pull this victory off, it will definitely shape the Olympic conversation for the rest of the weekend.
