After two straight dominating performances by the Team USA men's basketball squad over international opponents Tunisia and Nigeria, their undefeated streak nearly came to an end yesterday against a tough Lithuanian team that matched them basket for basket until the very end of the game when the U.S. finally pulled away. It was a hard fought 99-94 victory for the United States that put a scare in the victor and gave confidence to every other contender.
