In welcome news for Kansas City area soccer fans, KSMO-TV has agreed to a contract which ensures that all 28 of Sporting KC's regular-season MLS matches will be broadcast over-the-air in HD:

As part of the deal, their July 7 match against the Houston Dynamo, a rematch of the Eastern Conference Championship, and Sept. 22 match against the Montreal Impact will also be simulcast on KSMO's CBS sister station, KCTV5.
↵Sporting Kansas City's season begins on March 10 at D.C. United while their home opener is on March 17 against the New England Revolution.
